Over the course of three days, our colleagues from the The Regional Environmental Centre for the Caucasus (REC Caucasus), in collaboration with our colleagues from the Armenian MIA, presented the procedures established for the cross‑border management of a CBRN incident. These presentations and discussions were followed by a field exercise simulating the management of an ammonia leak in a Georgian factory, supported by the CBRN unit of the Armenian MIA.

A big thank‑you to our Georgian and Armenian colleagues for this excellent organization and great success, as well as to all consortium members present and the external guests who attended these three insightful days.

We are already looking forward to the next exercise, which will take place in Rome next May!
