The TC eNOVATION Ontology is a structured semantic system developed to organise, interlink, and make accessible key information about CBRN Training Centres (TCs) and their capabilities. It addresses the need for semantic interoperability and efficient knowledge discovery across domains relevant to crisis preparedness and response. The ontology enables users to answer complex questions such as which training and services are available, which TCs offer specific expertise, what competences are needed to operate particular equipment, or what resources are required for a given scenario. It supports queries related to courses, threat agents, scenarios, exercises, technology and equipment, thereby assisting both operational planning and innovation matchmaking.
